How long does the preview take?
Usually about a minute. You can leave your email while it's being made and we'll send you the link.
Which photo works best?
A clear photo taken face on, at their eye level, in daylight, with head, ears and a bit of chest in frame. We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC and WEBP.
Can you change something in the artwork?
Yes. In the preview, choose “Describe a change” and tell us what to fix, for example the background or a detail. Each new version uses one free preview.
What formats and sizes are there?
Canvas, stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang: 12×18″, 16×24″, 24×36″. Poster without a frame, shipped rolled: 12×18″. Or a high-resolution digital file without the watermark, sent by email.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
Shipping is free on every order, to every country. Order today and it arrives Nov 23 – Nov 30.
Can I change my order after paying?
You can change or cancel within 30 minutes of ordering. After that your portrait is usually in production, so changes are handled case by case.
Can I return my portrait?
Each portrait is made for you, so personalised items are final sale. If it arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong product or size, we replace it. Email us and tell us what happened.
Can I mix dogs and people?
Each portrait says who it is made for and has one photo slot for every dog and every person in it.
