Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Shipping Times

Within the US: orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 in the US. For orders under $99, we charge a $10 flat rate.

Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
We are unable to ship to military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address differs from what was originally charged, we will invoice you for the difference and proceed with your order once the invoice is paid.
