This site is operated by Two Good Dogs. "We", "us", and "our" mean Two Good Dogs throughout this page. We make this site, and everything on it, available to you on the condition that you accept the terms below.

By visiting the site or buying from it, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service, along with any related policies we link to here. They apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you're just browsing or placing an order.

Please read this page before you use the site. Using any part of it means you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't continue to use the site. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here, and it's on you to check back occasionally — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

This store runs on Shopify's e-commerce platform.

You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, and not to upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to damage the service. Breaking these terms can result in your access being cut off.

We can refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Some of what you send us may travel unencrypted across networks (payment details are always encrypted). You agree not to copy, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission. Section headings here are just for convenience and don't change what the terms mean.

3. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it, and content here shouldn't be treated as the final word on anything — use it at your own judgment. Some content may be out of date; we can change the site at any time without being obligated to update everything on it.

4. Changes to pricing and availability

Prices can change without notice, and we can modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We're not liable to you or anyone else for doing so.

5. Products

Some items may only be available through this site and only in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. We do our best to show accurate colors and images, but your screen's display isn't something we can control. We may limit sales by person, region, or quantity at our discretion, change descriptions or pricing at any time, and discontinue a product whenever we choose. We don't promise that every product or piece of information will meet your expectations or be error-free.

6. Order and billing accuracy

We can decline or cancel any order, including limiting how many of something one person or household can buy, and we may do this across orders that share an account, card, or address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details from checkout. These terms apply until you or we end them. You can stop using the site at any time; we can end your access at any time if we believe you've broken these terms, and you'll still be responsible for anything owed up to that point.

These terms, together with any policies we've linked here, are the full agreement between you and us about using this site, and replace any earlier understanding on the subject. Not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version here; please check back occasionally, since continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
